About

Marian Manor is a nonprofit, open to all faiths, senior independent and assisted living community for 62 and older sponsored by the Catholic Diocese of Richmond. Since 1989, Marian Manor has provided comfortable and affordable apartment living and care for aging adults.

Our mission is to offer skilled services and care designed to enhance the quality of life for each resident through personalized attention in a home-like setting. We believe in preserving dignity through personal choice, respect and understanding in a comfortable and welcoming environment that brings joy and fulfillment to those who live and work at Marian Manor. 

​We are an alternative to the traditional retirement community, and understand that not everyone needs a nursing home. At Marian Manor, our mission inspires us to embrace those with limited income and assist those in need of Medicaid grants, which provide financial security to our residents and giving them a home for life. Our assisted living services, and resident centered care plans, are customized for each resident to preserve independence and allow everyone to live life to their fullest potential. Through engaging programs and activities, caring personalized attention, and an un-wavering dedication to excellence and quality service we continue to enhance the lives of aging adults.
