I am continually amazed and impressed by the tenderness, love, and sincere affection provided by all the staff—everyone from housekeeping to dining and nursing. The care staff is top-notch. They are very good and always willing to help.

Since coming here, I have been more active than I ever have been before. The diversity of opportunity you have at Marian Manor is immense. I am the acting president for the Resident Council and a resident ambassador to new residents that move into the community. I feel accomplished with all of the variety of activities offered during the day.

The staff are more like friends and family than employees and they are always there to help. Dining here is so enjoyable because of the camaraderie, meeting new people, and shared laughter. I also like that the activities are geared to all levels of participation and skill so everyone can participate. The activities helped me achieve independence and regain strength which led to the start of the Crochet and Knitting Club. We donate all of the projects to local nursing homes, life care centers, and dialysis centers.

My father has been a resident at Marian Manor for one year. Our experiences have been far above expectations. The staff is kind, courteous and most importantly loving. They truly care about their residents and they are always open to my opinions and thoughts. I was surprised to see how fast Dad adjusted to his new surroundings and I credit that to the love and care he received from the moment he moved in and trust me…that care still goes on! There are so many activities provided on not only within the community, but trips outside, too. I’m amazed when I read the Chatterbox and monthly calendar. I would highly refer anyone looking for an assisted living community to please visit Marian Manor to see and feel the kindness, thoughtfulness, caring, and love that is provided there.

My mother recently moved to Marian Manor, and we are extremely pleased with the entire community. She thoroughly appreciates her new friendships with the other residents, all interactions with the staff, the facility, the dining, and the activities. All of my interactions and communications with staff and residents have also been very positive.
